I’d like thank MaAnna over at Blogaid for her weekly blog post called Tips Tuesday where I find out that Joost Yoast had updated (and will continue to at this link) his own tutorial for his popular WPSEO! If you don’t use this plugin, you should. It’s used BY virtually everyone and its constantly updated (as need be). I would also highly recommend following Yoast blog. I change my clothes 3 times a night from night sweats and was told menopause lasts up to 8 sometimes 10 yrs …and here all the time i thought i was having ”power surges” The polock in me i tell ya.. just keep on laughing or you”ll never make it.Since life support i realized how short life could be. thank you for the chance and gl to all who enter ..God Bless all
